We apologise for any inconvenience caused and will do our best to fix any issues. Please get in touch to specify the concern and we will either send you a replacement product or provide a refund.
We will need proof of the damage or fault, so please take a photo of the product issue in its original packaging and email us the details. Email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
We do not offer a refund on used or opened products and do not offer exchanges online.
Items can be refunded if returned within 15 days of purchasing. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that your received it, unused and it its original packaging.
